Someone in an interview asked me what`s growth for u? I answered confidence! in my view it is real growth for me & they offered me a job but how someone got this confidence , is it concerned with company`s sales /marketing OR in any way with any body`s career also.
Every one has it own style/way to understand it but to me one has degrees,experience,openings at the right direction also again if he/she does`nt have a confidence what he/she is explaining to his clients might be he is a master in his work but if he is not a great re-presenter of its views/plans he can not finalise a so called deal some one or some idea is going to help him.Growth comes with experience in not only from one field because u never say what other side of a seat is capable off,so u have all the answers to crack a deal not only from the same field specially in sales & marketing you must know little from here and there because no meeting is only for the said agenda there are timing in a professional meeting also when some of your Senior/experienced are asking /discussing and u are sitting as a zero.If you have confidence u can make things the way discussion is going through and again all praise you and some or the other way this is first step towards Growth in one word encyclopedic of life journey is called confidence when u use at appropriate time that`s Growth.
Now we discuss how professionally growth is define usally when someone got a promotion,salary hike we indulage it with growth or some company, organisation sets it targets and acheived it a little also we relate it with growth satastics that`s also is a prameter for a growth so who had the real wheel for this growth the manpower and their conifence making every lead into profit which are reflected at statastics of a company these assets of organisation had experienced the word confidence as it we say rates, marketing know how,consolidation of all departments to achive a target which say we can do this....
