I know people how say degree is more important than experience and there are people which are more in numbers specially who had meet with only those type of people who lost fire in them for many reasons involved but forget all those having DEGREES got those studies from hardcore experienced maniacs.
Updating from new studies we can compete with those have only degrees but now if we see in a job market every HR agency,management want MBA or more than that or both but they forget there is no degrees involved when that company had started by their fore fathers & most of those legend manics still working under them and obeying them because of many reason involved as those having degrees forget one more truth that after sometime all those having today`s degrees got old/not so updated than the other ones coming from near future.
I remember one instance when some one ask me about my writing a blog in simple words and why not i use very diplomatic/appropriated words on my blogs & very short one`s also, not even putting videos, pictures, quotes etc. so i told him why i write this blog and not so complex one or professionally steam lined because i am narrating my experiences in different sectors not to show everyone how much complex or blog style intellectual or studious i am. I am writing blog for those who are more aged than me or not updated with new fashionable words, presentable and going to understand me for their company`s to hire me or i have to deal with every type of worker from ground level to top management & in my career i meet CEO`S, directors, sales heads, forgien educated or so called DEGREES holders from" B schools" with a tie on their neck and what they were doing in their careers i don`t want to discuss now.Coming back to topic again i am not even saying old educated ones are more genius every one must update with the time also and give way to new studied ones from those books which were inspired by experienced one.The professors, colleges or doctored semesters in their syllabus are the examples of those experienced people stories of their achievements & downfalls and the best example is HISTORY from where every one can learn ,read became an MBA DEGREE holder.
I always want to understand if some one is not performing best for the company may be a uneducated or a Degree holder why is he/she holds that post in a company, institution, organisation, etc.With not giving results you become a liability for the company not an asset.
Some where i believe change is for good but not in the name of only educational degree might be company`s are recruiting the best talent and their HR people were looking for both experienced as well having big degrees are in but main thing is performance & good culture,stability are the most assets recruiter establish in a would be employee.
