ALL DAY WORKING OR HARD DAY WORKING SELECT BY YOURSELF

When i was in my own business i use to work hard day working for my experience in Marketing/ sales/ profits but when i joined some companies i use to do all day working to prove by results/sales to my Seniors that i am doing hard day working,so this is the main difference i feel joining job for some years than one day i feel i am fooling myself for a salary only & not getting any thing to learn/earn for my future,this way i became a Associate. Everyone i met on a big/responsible post they felt same as i felt at that stage of my career to prove myself to managements about growth that we have to take some sort of risk in our careers as in companies, this is a discussion for upgrading for next level.
                                                              We all have to take some bitter experiences of failures in careers but only some of us have courage to accept it publicly & same is in all day working or hard day working when every one of us are at their starting careers we try to work hard & all day work sometime after hard day working does`t pay it seems  that's it`s the real stage where anyone have to select between working all day can pay or only a hard day working could pay.
                                                      
                         I had noticed when a labourer is working all day hardly got some little & when a discussion  maker has a hard day say a engineer / supervisor having wrong map in their hand & done some mistake at that time both labourer and engineer had a hard day & they have to do work all day to put it the right way,So everyone has to select he/she has to do only all day work or hard day working, this apply to every field, business from farmer to judge to prime minister everyone.

what is growth for you?

Someone in an interview asked me what`s growth for u? I answered confidence! in my view it is real growth for me & they offered me a job but how someone got this confidence , is it concerned with company`s sales /marketing OR in any way with any body`s career also.
                                                                        
                                                             Every one has it own style/way to understand it but to me one has degrees,experience,openings at the right direction also again if he/she does`nt have a confidence what he/she is explaining to his clients might be he is a master in his work but if he is not a great re-presenter of its views/plans he can not finalise a so called deal some one or some idea is going to help him.Growth comes with experience in not only from one field because u never say what other side of a seat is capable off,so u have all the answers to crack a deal not only from the same field specially in sales & marketing you must know little from here and there because no meeting is only for the said agenda there are timing in a professional meeting also when some of your Senior/experienced are asking /discussing and u are sitting as a zero.If you have confidence u can make things the way discussion is going through and again all praise you and some or the other way this is first step towards Growth in one word encyclopedic of life journey is called confidence when u use at appropriate time that`s Growth.
               
Now we discuss how professionally growth is define usally when someone got a promotion,salary hike we indulage it with growth or some company, organisation sets it targets and acheived it a little also we relate it with growth satastics that`s also is a prameter for a growth so who had the real wheel for this growth the manpower and their conifence making every lead into profit which are reflected at statastics of a company these assets of organisation had experienced the word confidence as it we say rates, marketing know how,consolidation of all departments to achive a target which say we can do this....

Is DEGREES MORE IMPORTANT THAN EXPERIENCED manpower ?

I know people how say degree is more important than experience and there are people which are more in numbers specially who had meet with only those type of people who lost fire in them for many reasons involved but forget all those having DEGREES got those studies from hardcore experienced maniacs.
                                                               

                    Updating from new studies we can compete with those have only degrees but now if we see in a job market every HR agency,management want MBA or more than that or both but they forget there is no degrees involved when that company had started by their fore fathers & most of those legend manics still working under them and obeying them because of many reason involved as those having degrees forget one more truth that after sometime all those having today`s degrees got old/not so updated than the other ones coming from near future.


I remember one instance when some one ask  me about my writing a blog in simple words and why not i use very diplomatic/appropriated words on my blogs & very short one`s also, not even putting videos, pictures, quotes etc. so i told him why i write this blog and not so complex one or professionally steam lined  because i am narrating my experiences in different sectors not to show everyone how much complex or blog style intellectual or studious i am. I am writing blog for those who are more aged than me or not updated with new fashionable words, presentable and going to understand me for their company`s to hire me or i have to deal with every type of worker from ground level to top management & in my career i meet CEO`S, directors, sales heads, forgien educated or so called DEGREES holders from" B schools" with a tie on their neck and what they were doing in their careers i don`t want to discuss now.Coming back to topic again i am not even saying old educated ones are more genius every one must update with the time also and give way to new studied ones from those books which were inspired by experienced one.The professors, colleges or doctored semesters in their syllabus are the examples of those experienced people stories of their achievements & downfalls and the best example is HISTORY from where every one can learn ,read became an MBA DEGREE holder.
                                         I always want to understand if some one is not performing best for the company may be a uneducated or a Degree holder why is he/she holds that post in a company, institution, organisation, etc.With not giving results you become a liability for the company not an asset.


Some where i believe change is for good but not in the name of only educational degree might be company`s are recruiting the best talent and their HR people were looking for both experienced as well having big degrees are in but main thing is performance & good culture,stability are the most assets recruiter establish in a would be employee.

MARKETING vs SALES

As i had narrated in my blog before about marketing but now sales also:  SOME OF THE PROFESSIONAL I KNOW VOTED SALES A DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH RADAR THAN MARKETING.


BUT MARKETING COMES FIRST BECAUSE RESEARCH, AN IDEA, MARKET FORCES WERE INVOLVED IN THIS WHOLE PROCESS AND A PRODUCT HAS TO BE PRODUCE FOR MARKETING.


IN SALES CREATING A DEMAND IN A MARKET,LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER/CLIENT OF A PRODUCT IS INVOLVED.No one product has same style,way,idea of selling it to two customers because instead of focusing or meeting consumer demand,tries to make consumer demand match the products it has produced.Where as in Marketing encompasses many research and promotional activities to discover what products where needed,wanted by some group of customers & then make them aware to those potential consumers.Marketing-demand been created and the same been satisfied,marketing encompasses the act of influencing consumer behavior but art of selling is not a marketing,Marketing can be changed according to consumers but sales persons have targets to meet from companies they worked for with this they find new customers/markets for a product produced with a team and bounded by think tanks/seniors plans rather than to change market/product or even focus to other type of customers.
                    Selection of marketing depends on geographic knowledge, price, promotional activities, campaigning (T.V, Canopy, AD`s, print media etc.) links, fields, marketing executives, trade leaders, customers, targeting sexes/groups, lots of people, gendering, MIS, Surveys, reports & learned with each customers dealings,analyzing from good , new fashion,trends with open their eyes always. Marketing is the performance of business activity that direct the flow of goods & services from producers to ultimate final consumer, marketing is the process of transferring goods, services in such a way that provide solution to customer`s problem now a days people don`t only buy products but looking for problems after sales and solutions e.g. mobile is a solution to communicating problem R & D is also linked with marketing & is a art of making new ideas for new production which can have its  THE  place for a product to desired customers satisfaction. 4 things- Where, When, How, Who, detailed,  oriented, organized, collaboration with different departments are with sales but marketing team has all links till the end and again with a start from production

CONNECTIONS for SHOW OFF?

Every social site want u to put some connections,recommendations,etc. to show on their page i ask why they want those information & if u see i never follow nor followed,no connection,no recommendations on my profiles because i want all those know me know personally not public ally my photo is over there they who know me by face, met me why they all be connected by me or for any marketing purpose they feel harassed some of the cheap marketing executives done or stole those connections and on your behalf have first interaction also.So if all sites want to know how much people know that data (you) they just see a person like me in Marketing/sales & have an experienced in different sectors have how many connections to show because in marketing/sales we follow them ,if u see my profile u see my mobile/cell number also public.
                                        I wrote some experiences of mine in very easy language so that what i achieved is being shared their to others to know what type of am i .On other URL`S also there are some of the comments ling for discussions .

FOLLOWING NOBODY? & NOBODY FOLLOWING U YET?

 I GOT A PROFESSIONAL E-MAIL SUBJECTING WHY NOBODY FOLLOWS YOU AND U ARE NOT EVEN FOLLOWING ANY BODY WHY? ANSWER
            I WROTE HIM THAT MAY BE I AM NOT SO FAMOUS,INTELLIGENT SO THEY DON'T FOLLOW ME AND I AM NOT FOLLOWING ANY BODY BECAUSE I THINK FOLLOWING SOMEONE MEANS YOU ARE NOT A GOOD LEARNER ,WE CAN LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES,NATURE (EVERY ANIMAL TO BIRD OR ANY ONE), IF YOU ARE FOLLOWING SOMEBODY THE CHAIN COMES TO AN END TO NATURE IT SELF AND THAT`S FOLLOWING ALSO BUT WHY NOT I OR YOU START THAT CHAIN AND THIS WAY SOMEONE SOMETIME WOULD BE YOUR FOLLOWER.
         KNOWING THIS WAY I AM NOT STATING THAT I AM NOT A FOLLOWER OF NO ONE I AM FOLLOWING MY RELIGION BUT AGAIN ITS THE WAY SOME OF OUR GURUS,SOCIETY EXPERIENCED SOME OF THEIR MISTAKES AND CHANGE IT TO RELIGION ETC. SAME WAY IF SOME WOULD FOLLOWS ME HE KNOW MY EXPERIENCES & IF I FOLLOW SOMEONE I HAVE TO BE MY OWN JUDGE TO FOLLOW HIS/HER EXPERIENCES ONLY.IF I DON`T LEARN FROM HIM AGAIN NATURE GUIDE ME THE WAY BUT PROFESSIONALLY TO SAVE TIME,RESOURCES WE FOLLOW OUR IDEALS,TEACHERS (NOT ONLY SCHOOL,COLLAGE ETC.) RECOMMENDATIONS NEEDED FOR .............

HI! ALL
              Today i am sitting with my Seniors and one of a call is coming again and again so disturbing my meeting with some of my clients and not to be disturbed but when i pick up/take that call i find a Junior team member worked for a company i used to worked under my team by recognized him i told him i am in a meeting call me after a hour but he insist this important for him to talk right now only because he had written some thing about his achievements in his profile and of course not about my knowledge and now HR people were considering his profile for his seniority but they needed my RECOMMENDATIONS as i am in wholly in charge of that project & i remember he was a big zero in that project and i recommended his with drone but now again joining a new company he want me to recommend some good words about him when HR people cross check in half an hour.
                                           They had confer med some of his old Friends,colledges also and they said he was an asset for the project because me and this guy is not in that company any more they supported him but HR people only want my comments.I think for a seconds and recommendations needed for whom & laughed.

EXPERIENCE MAKES LEARNING DAY "TO" DAY

            As yesterday`s blog gets only 2 different area`s of Business now i remember this is not experience of only one month,one quarter,or even one year it is the matter of more than a Decade now and i start learning my lessons by an Experience day to day basis and situation of client by client,that Marketing/Sales are different area`s of Business.So much they are different departments as these small firms think`s.
                                I am not so called a MBA or studied from a Business school with ravalent Degrees to give some advise to anyone i am writing it for my revision of that Experience which only i had earned by going to job by job in different sectors of Marketing/Sales & Recovery also to have some skills.When i close my eyes or fell into the same kind of situation it all rewinds again .How in Indian unorganised sector or small businesses,firms combined the 2 area`s of these different department but i don't blame fully to them,might it be cost of two departments to bear or might be managements want to see who had done the Marketing should do the sale also,So what ever is the reason i am simplify the two departments by simple language .
Marketing is art of making new ideas for the new production but sale/selling is focusing on meeting consumer demands,tries to make consumers demand match the Products it has Produced.
In coming blogs i can write about on this topic by expanding it to different issues,area`s involved which i really  Experienced.
