VALUES,MANNERS,ETHICS A LONG AND SUCCESS GAME IN MARKETING

When i met some MBA/B-school graduates in market/Field/offices/interviews etc.places i felt they had only passed classes/curriculum but they don`t have real values in business nor in personal life & why and whom these courses are designed for,only to get a job or show hypocrisy at work places and their life's were not even changed by spending lots of hard earned money by their parents or taken a loan on cut off rates to become a good assets for a company/ organisation and many HR heads saw only degrees, experience, companies they worked for but they (HR people) do their job not their duties which is much more important issues-Ethics,manners to get business done for a organisation.
             If we have a look on some of the big houses, companies,values are much more important than profits,balance sheets in MIS that does not mean other factors were not highlighted their is no short cut for success for long term business one quarter to some time you have to play differently or change strategies but real game between to competitors is Ethics,  manners, values followed by every one at every point,any were at Field to board meetings game rules may seem differ company to company, product to product, service to service but again to win a game for long term company assets/ workers at every stage of their post companies HR people, management seek some advise from experienced and conduct classes, seminars to update values at least in marketing departments.

MNC VS PVT LTD VS LTD CO.

I had a very bad experience of getting a call from one of the PVT LTD company/charitable funded/in the name of sharing a part of their profits with some religious organisation.The ironical part was that they had contacted me by phone after 11 months of my reply for a job opening at their so called company/ pvt. firm a FM CG company & was interested only because of the odd product they had launched, so i feel its a challenged marketing experience with these new and near to my home (udyog vihar) ventures,   so i went their after a research,   realised to meet a professionalised atmosphere but i find  "LALA chap" establishment & i decided to meet the MD of the company after long talks with his son, how agreed with my presentation,experience,future marketing plans etc.& impressed with my plans for the expansion of the company by professional approach only,so i asked are you a decision maker which he denies and agrees to have a meeting with his MD father in 2-3 days & in between he called me twice for cross check that i would be available when his father is in good mood, so when he again third time contacted me for a meeting with his father (was co-Director in a good company by luck) i feel i had to meet one of the mannered co-director of a company & learn some thing under his gaudiness but when his son change the venue from udyog vihar factory to a resident area i felt cheated but i remembered that young boys afferets to arrange a meeting i agreed then again reaching to the address i realise i have to be centered at the meeting because it was a religious premises & so called MD/DISCORDED CO-DIRECTER who was sitting with bunch of odd people asked me very un-professional questions but because i was also with the same community i think all that bunch were also interested in our talks suddenly his son arrived and i make up my mind that might be this is a way to know my professional views only which i discussed with his son & they do`nt have any good/ lucrative opening for me. So i decided not to explain marketing plan with these cheaters, who were interesting in other company`s software (because i find they were engaged with one more firm of this group/ organisation who were into software solutions) by meeting in the name of interview they share marketing, software strategy & then make/amend their marketing plans, so i realised what is difference between a MNC where their is a process step by step you follow and company also follow some norms & private, bunch of money lenders in the name of LTD co.directors, members with family shared posts within the companies board.
    What i learned is if someone has good ideas,marketing plans,strategy views of any kind he/ she must be careful whom we meet & discussed in an interview,presentations etc.we have to have some points within our self or develop some skills to prevent our plans from these cheaters/ copy cats and there i remember one Desi comment to share "BILLI SHER CO SAB SIKHATI HAI PER PED PER CHARDNA NAHI SIKHATI".

Mirror has two faces

One of the advertisement has a learning experience for me stating `SUCCESS DID`nt NEED DESK` but every mirror reflects two images / faces & ironically we only see one at a time, the inner face / feelings we can only feel as with the SUCCESS in this materialistic world only money, lobbing, name & fame is related to a SUCCESS but inner growth/satisfaction is not being considered to be a SUCCESS till someone succeed have an eye on that person.
                                               Same is with the Marketing person if he/she think i do`nt have a desk job as most of the sectors have he/she is wrong as in Marketing,sales,army and many more examples were there which did`nt have a desk job but they all were successful in their way/Field/sector, you must be motivate by your self by looking this way, that whole region, territory, geographical area etc.is your so called DESK make it/feel it as a desk and preform grab targets & you are a winner/successful.
                                              I had experienced most of the MBA/B School studied employees came and go because they do`nt have basic knowledge of  market,they only studied/see how someone had achieved his/her SUCCESS but did`nt feel how he done it process wise because in Marketing you have to study yourself the basics of business and every sector/field has its own ABC/ethics/norms to be followed first then to be amended by a group,company,manager,executive or even by a consumer, So when i started learning/experiencing Marketing i had a DESK but i hardly utilise as many of the manager etc.does i wanted to be in field with my executives, subordinates, competitors, clients, consumers /customers for a real lesson of that day & make my lap ,a wall etc. my DESK but after sometime i feel the need of a DESK so that if someone needs me at a times i would be available for my bosses to Juniors to back hand staff etc.So again MIRROR has two faces one for me and other is for world to see because company wants me to be their face.
                                             All in all SUCCESS provides one a  DESK also to get SUCCEED.

MARKETING RESEARCHER OR ANALYST

One fine day i got a call from somebody asking me am i a MARKET RESEARCHER OR MARKETING ANALYST?
I had a very easy answer to this was i am a MARKET RESEARCHER radar than an ANALYST because i am not bound  only to one sector/ service/ product to analyse some group of people or an individual which had hard worked on his/her project but at the same time i can analyse my work /service & compare it with other`s projects also.

            Their are so many Fields/area`s of Marketing to research with different angles/views,so why only be an analyst?

Their are fields like: AUTO,BANKING,CUSTOMER CARE, DETECTIVES,FM CG, FINANCE, ETC.so many to explore/research on & research is going on by companies, firms, media, consultants, outsourcing from different agencies also to promote their product/services,so then only ANALYST come into picture for betterment because they are the specialist in their fields but in my case i had gone through all these sectors/area`s of work with different approach/levels to learn more & more.So might be that somebody get an idea to ask me this question.If we take an example of a house wife & a cook, blogger & a professional writer,engineer & an alert manageable consumer (who can do a little to avoid going to mechanic) a share broker & an investor, here in wife,blogger, alert manageable consumer, an investor are RESEARCHER mod & cook,professional writer,engineer,a share broker were ANALYST mod,researchers know their roll and emend/add new things in their work & could be an ANALYST when needed.
