VALUES,MANNERS,ETHICS A LONG AND SUCCESS GAME IN MARKETING

When i met some MBA/B-school graduates in market/Field/offices/interviews etc.places i felt they had only passed classes/curriculum but they don`t have real values in business nor in personal life & why and whom these courses are designed for,only to get a job or show hypocrisy at work places and their life's were not even changed by spending lots of hard earned money by their parents or taken a loan on cut off rates to become a good assets for a company/ organisation and many HR heads saw only degrees, experience, companies they worked for but they (HR people) do their job not their duties which is much more important issues-Ethics,manners to get business done for a organisation.
             If we have a look on some of the big houses, companies,values are much more important than profits,balance sheets in MIS that does not mean other factors were not highlighted their is no short cut for success for long term business one quarter to some time you have to play differently or change strategies but real game between to competitors is Ethics,  manners, values followed by every one at every point,any were at Field to board meetings game rules may seem differ company to company, product to product, service to service but again to win a game for long term company assets/ workers at every stage of their post companies HR people, management seek some advise from experienced and conduct classes, seminars to update values at least in marketing departments.
